 Wine is the type of thing in life that creates excitement. Think about the last time someone handed you a Champagne glass, that momentary feeling. 

The confluence of people, places, and things make it one of the most interesting pursuits we have found in life. Will this type of pursuit put man on the moon (again) or populate another planet and inch forward civilization? No, but it will definitely contribute by making the celebration if we get there a true human experience.
